“This is my favorite album cover I’ve ever done,” she said at the private event before the revealing the cover, which features an image of a toddler-age Rihanna holding a black balloon and wearing a gold crown.

“Sometimes the ones who have sight are the blindest,” Rihanna sagely proclaimed after the unveiling, aKanye-esque nod to Nachum’s statement on vision and vision impairment.
So far, it’s unclear if Rihanna’s previous three (fairly underwhelming) recent tracks —“Bitch Better Have My Money,” “FourFiveSeconds,” and “American Oxygen”—will be part of the album. One recent report claimed those songs might be stand-alone singles and that the pop star plans to start from scratch, but nothing’s been confirmed yet.
